Ouch Mouse In A Fall Pumpkin Jigsaw Puzzle

picture of an ouch mouse (hedgehog) hanging out in a fall pumpkin in jigsaw puzzle form

This week's jigsaw puzzle is an ouch mouse in a fall pumpkin. Their owner, Laura Nunheimer-Nott, was kind enough to donate this picture. Thank you Laura! If you missed last week's puzzle, you can find it here. Let us know if you want them to be more difficult! We made this week's puzzle only slightly more difficult so our readers can get the hang of it. You can always share your results on Facebook so your friends can try to beat your time! We'll have a new puzzle for you next week (Sundays).

If this is your first visit with us, welcome! Take a look around and learn about our favorite animal in all of creation. A hedgehog is adorable even when the little ouch mouse isn't hanging out in a fall pumpkin. This little cutie was recently in our article, Hedgehogs Are Cool Pets To Own. They're hiding in the feature picture collage of precious hedgehogs.

How To Complete This Ouch Mouse In A Fall Pumpkin Jigsaw Puzzle

Directions For Jigsaw Puzzles

The feature picture shows how the puzzle should look when it's completed. Sometimes when the puzzle box appears, it will appear in pieces and other times it will appear whole. The rewind circular arrows will put the puzzle into pieces for you to try your hand at solving it. The timer begins when you move your first piece.

With this particular puzzle, the pieces may need to be turned in order to fit it into place. This is how you do it:

On a computer: Place the cursor over the piece and

  • Move the mouse wheel up (left rotation) or down (right rotation).
  • Or, press the left (left rotation) or right (right rotation) arrow key. Note: this way is useful for one-button mouse owners (Apple).
  • Or, press Ctrl + right mouse button to rotate left or press only the right mouse button to rotate right. Note: this way works only if the piece is dragging.

With touch

Tap on the piece and then tap on the left or right rotation icon that appears.

Along the bottom of the puzzle box, you will find several settings that allow you to get hints and help. You can even pause the timer if you need to step away.
